Wordpress vs Joomla vs Drupal - the ultimate solution for my client?

I'm not quite used to using CMS, usually manually coding and downloading the site directly to the server without dealing with CMS. But lately, I have a project from a friend, as well as my client, who wants to launch an online magazine with a limited budget and also needs “web design for design” without any look or style of a template or an amateur website. Please guide me to the final decision that the CMS between these big 3s is the best that suits our needs:

Requirements:

  • Custom Design Magazine - Almost every page has a different layout with sophisticated design and custom features.
  • Key features like blog, web board, mail, etc.
  • A lot of free beautiful and modifiable plugins / widgets, as my client has a limited budget.
  • The client does not want to pay additional costs for maintenance and updating in the future. He wants to independently update the content of the site (online magazine) with his basic knowledge of IT and zero knowledge in html.
  • The main income of the website is a banner, a section of ads (both paid and free ads) and classified ads.
  • Support for more advanced features in the future, such as membership area, etc.

What should be the best CMS choice for this requirement?

I read customer requirements. All customer requirements are Drupal enabled features. Wordpress is easy for you, but a problem customer. Jumla is a problem for both. Drupal is a problem for you, but convenient for the client. And more ... I think you are not familiar with these CMS.
