Which URI redirect should I use for my Google OAuth iOS response?

I use webview to display the Google login URL, and according to this page ( https://developers.google.com/accounts/docs/OAuth2InstalledApp#choosingredirecturi ) there are two options for a callback. What should I choose? Does iOS listen on localhost responses? If so, how to get them?
