The Facebook comments plugin allows users to post comments on their wall as long as they are at the top level.

If "Share to Facebook" is not selected, the message will not appear on the user's wall. If it is selected, any comment in the response should appear both in the plugin and in the user's message on Facebook.


Now say that you want each message to be saved on both, you need to disable the option to cancel the “Publish to Facebook”, which, I think, is equivalent to shading the plugin. So this is not a good option.
