Magento - no link to the address of the edited address

I used to have a “Change” link above the shipping and billing address when I looked at the order in Magento 1.6.1.0, which allowed me to update the addresses.

I just decided to change the address today and noticed that there are no more links. Does anyone know what could happen to them or with which file should I look for problems?

I understood the cause of the problem. It is this extension: http://www.fmeextensions.com/one-step-checkout.html

After disabling it, links will appear.
