Internal app purchase support

Is there an online solution, such as UrbanAirship, that provides a backend system for managing IAP in the application? UrbanAirship has revised its product scheme, and IAP functionality can now be found in either Basic (which costs 10 cents per user or 10 centers for registration) or an Enterprise subscription targeted at publishers with more than 100,000 active users. any alternatives? Thanks
