Does Sencha support Windows Phone?

I am new to HTML5 application development. I'm used to Windows Phone App Development. Windows Phone supports Sencha Touch Framework. And I saw that the Phonegap plugin in Visual Studio 2010 for developing HTML5 applications. But I can not find any plugin for Sencha in Visual Studio. And I'm confused which framework to choose for development. Your suggestions are welcome. thanks in advance

No, Sencha does not currently support the development of Windows Phone. From http://www.sencha.com/products/touch :
