How to avoid refusing to sign in to Google Adsense?

I am currently trying to set up an AdSense account for a client so that they can advertise on their website. This is a new site, and Google rejected it because it says it is an “Login Only” website. Despite the fact that the site has the ability to register / register (and this is recommended), all pages are available publicly without registration, but if you are logged in, they become more personalized (for example, the distance to each user and similar information are indicated on the search results page if you are logged in). There are no pages on the site that can be viewed only at the entrance to the system. I understand that GoogleBot cannot say it myself, but what is an acceptable way to get around this?

I read in other recommendations to completely remove the login section from the site, resubmit it, wait for approval and add the login parameters again, however it looks like Google might think that we are trying to trick them (which we, re not), and I don’t want his account to be blocked in order to do something bad. We can obviously add information to enter the site authentication section in Adsense, which will probably solve the problem and allow GoogleBot to see behind the login, but this cannot be done until the account is activated, which seems rather inconsistent. I wonder if I add the site to my Adsense account, add authentication information so that it can bypass it, and then resend, will it work? Alternatively, we could set up Adsense on a completely different site, get an approved account, and then add authentication information, but this seems like an extremely lengthy way to set it up.

I would really appreciate information on how this should be addressed in the right and right way so as not to create problems in the future.

Many thanks,

Dave
