XAMPP Solution? I have it installed on my Windows XP Dual Boot Machine

My system has dual boot, Win-XP Professional (32-bit) Win-7 (64-bit) . I have XAMPP installed on my XP OS ( C: / XAMPP ).

I want to use the same htdocs directory to test php on my windows. But when I install XAMPP in the same directory, I get this error.

Attention! Since the activated User Account Control (UAC) on your sytem, ​​some XAMPP features may be limited. With UAC, please avoid installing XAMPP in C: \ Program Files (x86) (there is no permisssions entry). Or disable UAC with msconfig after this setup.

Can anybody help me in solving this problem?
