Style differences between wordpress.com and hosted wordpress

I am trying to understand where style differences arise between my hosted Wordpress installation with the exact theme installed on my Wordpress.com account. I post my blog, and for some reason they are very different from each other.

What seems to be happening? I tried checking CSS and JS, but they were useless.
