How to add microsoft.office.interop.word (version 2003) in VS 2010

I want to add primary Interop assemblies for Office 2003 in Visual Studio. so I follow this article:

but I only find Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word for version 12.0.0.0 (for Office 2007) and version 14.0.0.0 (for Office 2010). The version of Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word for Office 2003 does not exist in my VS library.

I also install the Office 2003 update: Redistributable primary builds from under the link, but no different. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=20923

How to solve my problem?
