SDL Tridion SP 1 HR 1 - Updating Standard Default Template Templates

I am trying to install new user interface features on an updated SDL Tridion 2011 SP1 HR 1 machine and am running into a small problem.

When you open the builder template to update the default building blocks using "tools> create default building blocks" (as described here: sdllivecontent.sdl.com/LiveContent/web/pub.xql?action=home&pub=SDL_Tridion_2011_SPONE&lang=en-US# addHistory = true & filename = InstallingServerRolesInDotNET.xml ) the process ends, but I do not receive the latest building blocks, for example, "Enable Inline Editing For Content" is not installed on the CMS.

My question is, how do I manually update this to make sure my TBB files are correct by default? I suggest that I drop the correct dll somewhere, and then again ask the template creator to create the building blocks.

[SOLVED] I found Tridion.SiteEdit.Templating dll on another SDL Tridion machine and saw that it contains two building blocks that seem to be missing.

In this environment, I manually added the dll, and then manually created two template building blocks + two parameter schemes that are required. Not the fastest way to do this, but it all works great!

If there is an easier way to solve this problem, please add the following :)
