R equivalent to the Matlab Bayes network toolkit for studying network structure using time data

I am studying time series data on protein phosphorylation events, and I want to use a dynamic Bayesian network to study network structure. I found that your Bayes toolkit might be useful for my research. But I'm more familiar with R. Are there any R packages that are equivalent to the Matlab Bayes toolkit that can recognize the network structure using time series data? Thank!
