PNG Transparency Problem - Faded Images with Black Shadows - IE Border

I used an image rotator to display multiple images on the main page. All images are in PNG format. The problem is in IE (7, 8) - there is a black shadow next to the image ... I spent a couple of hours fixing this problem, but still don’t know where the problem is and how to remove it ...

Has anyone had a similar problem and no clue how to fix this?

try:

img.yourimg {
    background: transparent;
    -ms-filter: "progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.gradient(startColorstr=#00FFFFFF,endColorstr=#00FFFFFF)"; /* IE8 */   
    filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.gradient(startColorstr=#00FFFFFF,endColorstr=#00FFFFFF);   /* IE6 & 7 */ 
}

Or use PNG8 (it will create a small white frame around your images, but I think you do not want this).

Or as in my comment above.
