Python 2.7 application using CGI instead of WSGI in App Engine

The following code generates a CGI method instead of WSGI, as indicated in the log below. Is this normal execution for a WSGI application on a dev server? If not, what needs to be changed to make the application run WSGI?

this log is a line of the line:

/usr/local/google_appengine/google/appengine/tools/dev_appserver.py:

First, you have to remove this line of code because it is wrong :

app.run()

As written in my comment and aschmid00 is well pointed out , there may be an old debugging statement.
