I have successfully used the eclipse Indigo internal browser to view my web applications. I play with the Spring app. After the recent OS X 10.7 update (to 10.7.4 of 10.7.3), the text fields displayed inside the internal web browser have a black background, and the text can only be seen with the selected area.
I tested my application with chrome, firefox, and safari on my Mac, and they all displayed correctly. The only change I can think of is an OS update. I checked the updates for my browsers, OS plugins, eclipse and eclipse.
I figured it out widely on Google and I see that many people complain about the internal browser in general, but more recently. I also found that people were asking how to change the visualizer, and found messages that said it was no longer possible. The most interesting thing about this: if I launched Aptana Studio at the same time as my application, I can use the internal browser in Aptana, and my application looks beautiful, like last week.
