OpenCV Cross Compiler? Errr ... I'm not sure that such a thing exists! Do not mix cross-compilers (e.g. gcc ), and OpenCV is the library of the platform for computer vision.
But in case you had in mind OpenCV compiled for microcontrollers, you can find some pre-created binaries for the platform you are working with, but none of them are official versions from OpenCV developers.
