Java.lang.RuntimeException: Unable to create activity instance

I tried all possible solutions to this problem, but nothing works ... The problem arose when I upgraded the SDK Tools version from r16 to r19 and the Platform-tools SDK to r11. I have all the classes included in the manifest, and everything worked before this update. Do you have an idea how to solve this problem? (I tried many solutions from this site and others ...)
