How to freeze one data set in report builder?

I have two datasets in Report Builder 2.0. The first data set is on top, just one row. The second data set has the same number of columns, but about 100 rows. I will be able to freeze the columns of the second data set when 100 rows scroll. But I need to freeze the first data set at the top (just above the second), so when I scroll 100 rows of the second data set, I can see the above table and the columns of the second data set all the time. Is there something in the report builder for this? Any help is appreciated.
