Visual Studio 2010 checks the solution every time I open it

Every time I open a solution in visual studio 2010, it checks the .sln file. I use TFS for version control.

When I compare the solution file with most cases, I do not find any difference, but in some cases I see the difference in the "PORT" number.

How to avoid this?
