Sleeping Scout Eclipse

I used Eclipse Scout, and I followed the instructions in the tutorial to create an example application. It looks great, and it was very easy to create an application with it.

I would like to ask if he used it for a "real" application and how it worked for him. Is there a tutorial / example of how I can use Eclipse Scout with Hibernate?

Glad you liked the scout! We (BSI, a Swiss software company) have successfully used Eclipse Scout since many years for all of our products, which are a customer relationship management system, for a contact center solution and for a clinical trial management system. Some of these applications are used by thousands of users, with only a few dozen.

As for Scout and Hibernate, one of us is now creating a sample application to demonstrate Scout, JPA, and Hibernate. The result will be published in our Scout wiki in the near future so that we can correctly answer your question in the forum
