WiX - Install the merge modules directory during installation?

I created the merge module following the instructions in the Getting Started Wix manual located at: http://wix.sourceforge.net/manual-wix2/authoring_merge_modules.htm .

Here is the wxs merge module:

When I create the installer and run it, the files from the merge module do not fall into the directory selected by the user from the installer user interface. Regardless, they are in the [Program Files] \ SomeCompany Technologies \ Some Repository \ "directory.
