Some tutorial links need to be linked to TUI in a console application in C

I want to create a console application such as Norton Commander in C.
I have no problem writing a kernel.
I will talk about some instructions on how to make TUI in the Windows console (using windows.h).

Maybe the PDCurses library is what you need.
