Is the immediate window turned off?

I lost this window and then found it again using Ctl + Alt + I , but I do not see it in any of the menus in VS2010ultimate.

  • Does this mean that it is gradually stopping?
  • If so, which tool should be used to achieve similar results?
  • If this is not one of the default menus, and you have to set up a ready-made menu, does this mean that it is gradually stopping?
