Install Apache from Puppetlabs on Vagrant

I am new to this, and I think I am just missing one thing to figure out what the problem is.

I understand that I can create my own puppet modules that will install specific packages in a stray instance. There are also some ready-made ones, such as apache . I ran vagrant sshand set it using puppet module install puppetlabs/apache. Now it is under /etc/puppet/modules/apache. But apache is not installed.

So how to install apache ?

In my vagrantfile I have
