Combining Edge and Documents in AQL

Is it possible to query several collections through the same AQL query that affect (with an index) some of these edge or document collections? I wanted to more or less emulate the behavior of foreign keys on RDBM on tables using edges.

If you use document fields indexed by default, then the behavior is similar to foreign keys in an RDBMS. For example, by default, indexes of indexes of types are indexes of types of _idindexes of fields of type _id, _fromand _toare stored in the type of fields and types. AQL functions, such as EDGESor NEIGHBORS, use these indexes to query the corresponding data.
