How to get data from multiple table queries using hibernate?

I have a user management application that gives each user a team and one or more different applications. Now for the reporting page, I am trying to extract data from two tables (UserInfo and UserAppAccess) using Hibernate, but I cannot. Here are the tables:

Table 1 (UserInfo):

I have a report page that allows the administrator to select several parameters (for example: a list of all active users in Team test and APP1 applications).

here is my code to retrieve the data, but it does not work:
