"java.lang.IllegalStateException: action was destroyed" after resuming FragmentActivity on Android

I use this approach: Separate Back Stack for each tab in Android using snippets

I am trying to push a fragment from the first fragment, after the FragmentActivity function is resumed, this action causes the "Activity destroyed" error. The first time you delete a fragment, it works fine, but when I pause (minimize the application) that FragmentActivity, re-open it, and then try to pop out the fragment, it gives an error. I know that this question has already been asked many times, but I could not get any solution from it.

ft.commitAllowingStateLoss(); commit();, ft.commitAllowingStateLoss(); ,

It is similar to commit() but allows the commit to be executed after an activity state is saved. This is dangerous because the commit can be lost if the activity needs to later be restored from its state, so this should only be used for cases where it is okay for the UI state to change unexpectedly on the user.

, , Activity has been destroyed.
