How to transfer null flag in SSRS

Question

My colleague created several parameters in his report SSRSand allowed zero values for these parameters:

On our web portal, it looks like this:

These zeros indicate the main stored procedure that we would like to receive either in all Products or in all user data.

In other reports that I saw instead of saying "(null)", the check box is next to the drop-down list in the drop-down list.

How to change the report so that checkboxes appear?

I think you mean muti-select:

If so, select Allow Multiple Values.
