Windows Media Player Shows Milliseconds

As I wanted to split the training video file ( .wmv) using this amazing Asfbin tool , I looked at all the settings in the media player, but could not find it in vain ...

Is there a way to install Windows Media Player to display time with millisecondsalong with hour:minute:seconds?

my current media player ver: 12.0.7601.17514 works on Win 7
