My xml schema:

       xmlns:tx="http://www.springframework.org/schema/tx"

       http://www.springframework.org/schema/aop http://www.springframework.org/schema/aop/spring-aop-3.2.xsd

and my jar spring files matter 3.2 version.
Why does this give the following error
 "The matching wildcard is strict, but no declaration can be found for element 'mvc:annotation-driven' ":?

Your xsi: schemaLocation attribute is missing mvc and contextual encyclopedia.

Change your xsi:schemaLocationas follows

xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans-3.2.xsd
http://www.springframework.org/schema/aop 
http://www.springframework.org/schema/aop/spring-aop-3.2.xsd
