Iterate through json nested object and save data in sqlite android

I have a nested JSON object as follows:

After extracting mysql from the server, I try to paste into sqlite android as shown below and it works. The only problem is that I seem to be losing the relationship between each question and all its answers and even widget_id. Because some questions have more than one answer.
