Android On Demand Billing Solution

I am creating an on-demand video application for Android, which is very similar to the fact that Google Play Movies has several differences.

I did with most things for the application, and now I am deciding on a movie billing strategy from this application. Looking at Google Play Movies, I found that if you make a movie, you are given 48 hours from the moment you start watching the movie. I want to understand that such a billing strategy is possible using the In App Billing method already available for Android.

As far as I understand and tried, In App Billing is applicable to the list of products that I define in the developer's console, and users consume, but for an application like VOD, where my list of videos will change from time to time, this may not be the best strategy and may not even be applicable.

If so, how does it work with Google Play Movies? Someone can talk about other possibilities that a user may have, as close as possible to what movies on Google Play provide.

I also studied other payment options for third-party payment processors, such as Zooz and some others, but, in my opinion, Google Play Movies uses the In App Purchase or Google Checkout interface, then it is possible for my application to use the same and if so, then any pointers are much appreciated.
