Unable to enter characters in git bash

I just rebooted and installed git version 1.8.3.msysgit.0and rebooted again on my 64-bit Windows 7.
And I cannot enter letters ior rin git bash. I can type iand r(capital letters)

I tried to change the font size, edit mode and dir, but it continues to happen. I also tried using alt codes, but they do not work on this bash screen.

I am stunned, what can I do to solve this problem?

Often there are key mappings defined in ~/.inputrcthat can override the interpretation of key shells.
