CKEditor image property utilities disappear

I have a problem with CKEditor regarding image properties. Spent many hours researching this, but ended up without a solution.

I am using Drupal 7 with the latest CKEditor AND IMCE.

When I click on the image icon in the CKEditor toolbar, a popup window for the image properties appears, but I looked at the Advanced tab, which does not appear. No tab is displayed at all.

Is there any configuration I have to apply in order to display tabs in image properties?

you can try reinstalling with ckeditor - 7.x-1.16 and imce - 7.x-1.9,
