When merging changes in the MSVS2013 IDE, is there a log of what happened?

I hit Alt-E, which I mistakenly thought was Merge Changes In Merge Tool, but it was in fact Keep Local Version. Is there any way to return? Is there any way to find out what was merged, like in which file? Ugh !: (

I completely stopped working if I delete something important.

I am using MSVS 2013 Professional.
