Python 3.3.4 Cx_Freeze ImportError: DDL Download Error: The specified module was not found

I am trying to use cx_Freezeto convert a file .pythat I wrote in Python 3.3.4. When I run the build command, I get the following error.

I did not install correctly cx_Freeze? Or am I confused? Help is much appreciated. Thanks
