Single page application

I have a problem with Domino Designer and, frankly, I'm not sure if the question belongs here or not ...

When I create a new XPage, drag the Single Pages application from the Mobile panel in XPage. I do not get the Wizard?

I use Designer 9.0.1, installed the current OpenNTF ExtLib (901v00_03.20140120-0650) from OpenNTF and made sure that on both servers a link to the correct version (using tell http osgi ss com.ibm. Xsp.extlib) and in Designer ( About / Designer / Plug-in Details).

Does anyone have an idea what I'm doing wrong?

The Extension Library release has a couple of updates for it:
